The hotel is in a great location, very clean, very friendly staff. great breakfast.Convenient to park the car. Direct access to the spa.

It was very disappointing that it was not possible to order tea or coffee in the hotel during the day( only a short period of time it was possible), and there was no kettle in the room either. lunch we waited for about an hour, the food was mediocre. Еspecially since on Saturday and Sunday most of the cafes or restaurants are either closed or work very limited hours, this caused a significant inconvenience.

very modest breakfast, very uncomfortable beds(even after the replacement), cleaning every second day, the receptionist refused to speak English, no minibar, no English explanatory signs/spa prospects, nobody offered us a discount voucher for the Das Albert restaurant( we had to ask for it), no sauna sheets avalaible- only one spa towel (insufficient&unhygienic)

We loved the pools, especially the salt water pool where you are super bouyant. The Waldquelle restaurant was a real treat, great service and good food, especially the desserts. The hiking was great and started right at the hotel.
