The room. Sink at outside

I've been wanting to stay in this hotel but could not book it before. Location is definitely what I like. Not crowded as the other hotels in the area (even though it's school holiday and long weekend) is another plus point. Easy access to the beach, which my family enjoy very much. Having a water tab outside each chalet for washing our feet, slippers and other beach stuffs is fantastic. Food at the cafe is all good. The staff at the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable and check-in process was fast.

I booked the garden chalet which includes parking for my car which is fantastic. However it will be much better if the hotel can draw the parking bay lines for each of the chalets so that the guests know which bay to park and how to park (whether diagonally or horizontally) in order not to block the road or block your neighbours.

Walking distance to beach. Very nice view and environment.

The location, the beach area and the food

Rooms were not ready once we arrived, have to wait for an hour.

The cottages are nice to look at from the outside. The common spaces are clean, pretty tropical plants and polite staffs.

1) The room / cottage need an urgent renovation. Its old, and obviously very used. A lot of stains on the wall and bathroom. 2) Bathroom tile is full with disgusting black dirt or mold. 3) There was a fyling cockroach in the room. 4) There was some bugs in the room 5) The sheet was dirty / stained 6) Room was not ready on time. Arrived around 15:30 but the room only available at 16:17. The guest is expected to leave by 12 eventhough the room was not even ready at 15:00 7) It toom then 3.5h to get the extra bed which cosz an extra RM100 8) All the towels are extremely scratchy and feels like rags to wipe out the floor
