Convenient for the old town in winter.

The street outside is a little dark with dog mess.. A little more lighting would be useful, though not the fault of the owner. Some mats to wipe boots would be useful , as the road outside is muddy. The steps to the bathroom and a step in the bathroom floor could catch people unawares in the night. For the owner's protection, I'd advise having some warning notices.

It was quiet at night. Good water pressure and temperature. Private bathroom.

Pillow stank. It was disgusting. I had to wrap it in a towel to use it. Furnishings and bed were old and worn. Towels old. Smokers outside still wafted cigarette smoke into the room.
