"Great staff - bad pillows"

I frequently travel for work, so I spend numerous nights in hotels. In fact, I spend over 80 nights/year at this particular property alone. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From Isabelle and Alex at the front desk to Abigail, Ilona, and Rebecca at the concierge lounge, everyone I’ve encountered has been exceptional. However, there’s one issue that I’ve noticed consistently across all the rooms I’ve stayed in: the pillows. This isn’t an issue specific to this property; it’s a systemwide problem. The pillows are incredibly uncomfortable and lack support. I kindly request that Marriott replace at least one of the four pillows in each room with a solid foam pillow. This simple change would greatly enhance the overall comfort of the rooms and improve the guest experience.
