Very little. The location was convenient, but that’s about the only positive. Any small benefits were overshadowed by the poor service and lack of accountability.

A complete lack of professionalism. We experienced a prolonged power outage with no proper communication, support, or compensation. Staff refused to take responsibility and showed little regard for guest comfort. Other hotels handled the situation far better and provided refunds immediately, highlighting just how inadequate this service was. We won’t be returning or recommending this place.

The beauty of JEPUN is that it is small. A small number of guests. Rooms are cosy and beds super comfortable. The staff are also lovely.

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier. Mir gefällt es sehr gut, der Pool Bereich zwischen den Zimmern / Häusern ist groß und man fühlt sich nicht so eingekesselt wie in anderen Unterkünften, dadurch fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Da es nur wenige Zimmer gibt ist es sehr ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen.

My first stay when I arrived in Bali and what an amazing place with extremely kind staff and a beautiful room and bathroom. Everything was super clean and tidy. The pool was lovely and the accommodation had everything I needed. The location is great too because with your scooter you’re in the center in no time. I really enjoyed this place so much!
