You will need a brief taxi ride (£2) if you want to explore Halong City.

Pokoje czyste, wszechstronne i wygodne. Z bardzo ładnym widokiem na miasto. Najbardziej dopracowana rzeczą jest basen oraz stołówka śniadaniowa, mimo dość dużych odległości i lekkiego chaosu wybór jest naprawdę pokaźny Baseny i siłownia na bardzo wysokim standardzie Dla osób aktywnych świetne miejsce.

Pierwszym problemem jest lokalizacja na mapie. Pokazuje całkowicie inne położenie niż rzeczywiście się znajduje. Chyba że lubicie bardzo strome podejścia Wiadomo można zamówić taksówkę bądź jeździć skuterem - ale po przebiegnięciu maratonu średnio miałem ochotę i siłę wchodzić pod górę taki kawał. Drugim problemem jest w zasadzie obsługa która jakby stara się być miła ale średnio im to wychodzi, mowa tutaj przede wszystkim o restauracji olive garden Jedzenie - fatalne. Obsługa niemiła, zdawkowa oraz myląca zamówienia. Obsługa powinna też zwracać uwagę w momencie obsługi stolika czy są tam wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, tzn chociażby serwetki. Dwukrotnie odwiedziliśmy tą restaurację i było tak samo. Ceny wysokie pewnie wynikające ze standardu 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu szkoda że jakościowo to całkowicie nie dowodzi.Na łącznie 6 potraw jedynie dobry był talerz owoców i herbata z rumianku. Na śniadaniach musza popracować nad sprzątaniem stolików i dokładniem takich rzeczy jak serwetki i sztućce.
