Massive room and beautiful bathrooms. The view was spectacular. Living space was big and comfortable. Room service was nice and hot.

Restaurant timing of food to table was all over the place. Mains finished before the sides came out. Some people finished eating before others got their meal. Food was very nice when it came out

Nice big room, clean and great view of the bay. Breakfast had lots of choices. Comfy bed and good size bathroom

We had to move rooms as we had a connecting door and had some very noisy neighbours. We stayed a second night but there was a large, very noisy Indian party outside by the pool which you could not escape from until it stopped at 10.30pm.All the bars and restaurants lacked ambience and were closed or had other private functions. We did not enjoy our stay as there were a lot of noisy, inconsiderate guests. I suppose it's not the hotel's fault but I think the hotel is so big that it mostly attracts noisy parties. Great if you are at the party, but not if you are a couple travelling. Had to walk 30/40 minutes up and down a very steep hill to get to a restaurant that was open.

Spacious, large room with clean bathroom, comfy bed and good view of the bay. The car park staff were really friendly and chatty and reception staff were attentive. Two pools although we did not swim in them. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

The hotel is huge but like a ghost town, none of the restaurants or bars seemed to be open or they were only open for large events. I think the hotel caters for large Chinese or Indian functions/ parties, but as a couple just passing through, it felt like we were unable to do anything. You are not allowed to bring in any food from outside the hotel otherwise you will be fined, but we could not get any food or snacks in the hotel. We did not fancy room service so had to walk 30/40 minutes up and down a steep hill. (We did find a fantastic restaurant in the bay). The pool is a lovely area to sit but there was no bar outside, you had to get a drink from the reception and they were not the friendliest of people. The first night we had to move as we had a connecting door to our neighbours room and there were about 4 or 5 very noisy adult men next door. The reception was very good and moved us quickly at 10.30pm at night. The second night we stayed, there was a large Indian party by the pool with the loudest music playing until 10.30pm. Of all the hotels we have stayed in during our 3 weeks visit to Vietnam, I must say this was the noisiest but from inconsiderate, loud speaking guests. Not the hotels fault I suppose but it did seem to ruin our stay here. Perhaps it is not a hotel for couples and I wish I had found somewhere else or just stayed one night.
