"All in all it was the worst hotel experience I've ever slept I"

It was in a great location

The front desk completely lacked customer service skills. They didn't have my reservation even though I had a confirmation email. I was able to get another room but not one that accommodated my family fully. The air condition only worked on 71 or lower. The room was described as 2 queens but they were 2 fulls. The pillows were awful. The building needed to be updated. There was no security protocols on property. Most hotels require your key card to go up the elevator. Ironically there were sex trafficking notices above the elevator.

"Great hotel and even tho I never recommended unless it’s really deserving. I recommend this place. Two thumbs up"

Offering a continental breakfast would be great or the cost in the restaurant should be more affordable. I'll be looking into a new hotel next time because of this. Directions for the back entrance to the different floors should be clear.
