Lovely in every way

Perhaps a bit noisy from surrounding rooms, but the other guests were early birds like ourselves so that wasn't a problem

This place is wonderful. From the perfect bed and comfortable room to a unique set-up and great staff. Make sure to go to the restaurant and ask for local recommendations from the staff. This is a true gem and a great finding in this region.

The only thing I can think of is that the fridge only had sparkling water, instead of still as well. And that's it – this place is truly great.

The rooms are stylish and the building is located in a nice area of town. The blonde receptionist with the moustache was very friendly.

1) Breakfast was tasty, but it is a la carte and portions are tiny. One needs to pay extra for additional servings. Quite unusual, because normally portions are huge in Southern Tyrolia. 2) There is no A/C in the rooms, so we had to sleep with the windows open. We got woken up at 6am every morning from noise on the street. 3) While the design is generally nice, it isn’t always functional, e.g. no mirror facing the sink (it’s very hard to shave with a mirror at the side only), no full body mirror, disconnected loudspeakers, no personal coffee machine or kettle. 4) We paid 280€/night, which we felt was simply too much
