"I keep coming here and expecting different experience - shame on me !"

We have an office in RTP and Sheraton Imperial is a convenient place to stay - close to the office , walking distance I don’t know why I keep coming here when there are so many options near by Poor service, old antiquated rooms, air conditioner that shakes the room and wakes you up every time it kicks in, food whatever is available is terrible, shuttle service from the airport that doesn’t pick you up - I can go on I wish someone would take it under control and reshape the place

The front desk staff was exceptional! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The breakfast was great!

The pool area is undergoing some work, but I wish that area was updated prior to my stay.
