Wonderful location at the edge of the sassi with an outstanding view. Francesco was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and the instructions about parking were clear. The apartment was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Owner was so helpful and welcoming. Fantastic location with amazing sunrise view. Spotlessly clean, the mirror was gleaming! Lovely little apartment

Restaurant next door were a little noisy but closed at 11pm so fine after that

"Great apartment with a gob smacking view!"

The location of this apartment was superb- right on the edge of the Sassi with incredible views. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable with loads of mod-cons…. the coffee machine was fab. The photos on booking.com are true to life. Francesco was a fabulous host, helpful and accommodating to my needs. My friends stayed in a more expensive apartment nearby but my room far exceeded theirs in every aspect.

The room was a bit dank when I first arrived (I was living in a cave, after all) but the air conditioning soon fixed that. I had no complaints at all.
