Please note that a free daily shuttle is provided from the hotel to the historical center. "The professionalism was their normal duty and the property was excellent!"

They had a free dry cleaning service. Tahir at the reception desk was so helpful for this matter and he was very attentive on this. Also the room was so clean. Modern rustic furniture was excellent design. If I come to Samarkand again I’d only stay in this hotel for sure.

"Beautiful hotel with great staff"

Modern hotel in the modern part of town - made a nice change from some of the other more traditional places on this trip. The hotel itself is a little outside of the touristic part of city but it's a nice walk in/out. The area around the hotel is clean and safe and has a nice selection of restaurants, bars, cafes. The hotel is extremely clean and well equipped. The staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful. I thought the complementary taxi transfer from/to the train station was a lovely touch - well done! Breakfast was great with a large selection of items - both local and international. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Very nice welcome drink. Clean and well maintained hotel. Excellent breakfast.

There was no wall socket for the bedside light. Distance to city centre by foot doable, but a bit far.

"Fantastic hotel!"

The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. They organised a driver to take us to Shahrisabz for the day at a very reasonable price and provided a free transfer from and to the railway station. The breakfast was very good, there was something for everyone.

The location is about 20 - 25 minutes walk from the main tourist sites but a really nice walk.
