Check in with Sylvie was great. Nice to be met in person. Great spot walking distance from train and port. Excellent little local bar across the road. Room was spacious and clean.

Nice size room. Good location. We went to Cinque Terra every day and loved it. Stayed at La Spezia so daughter had more choice for gluten free meals.

Shower was a bit small. Lucky my partner didn't go as he wouldn't have fitted in the shower. Breakfast supplied was at a Cafe down road. Unfortunetly my daughter could only have the juice so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. All food contains wheat. You can hear everyone coming and going from. Sounds like they are right in the room with you. Bonus is that there isn't many rooms.

The property was spotlessly clean, modern and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. Our room (room 5) also had the bonus of overlooking a courtyard garden. Waking to birdsong was a lovely experience. The air conditioning was effective, which was a big factor in being comfortable as it was very hot when we stayed. We liked the complimentary teas and coffees, biscuits and juices available in the room. The location was perfect, close to the train station and bus stops. Communications were excellent and the host was really helpful with alternative suggestions for activities when we wanted to take more of a restful day. The breakfast tokens for the local cafe were also much appreciated (and the cafe itself was incredible - amazing pasties and coffee). We would absolutely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this great accommodation!

A very, very small improvement could be to provide crockery cups/mugs in the room rather than paper cups - better for the environment too. Also, some instruction/notice on how to use the fire escape door as it didn’t look intuitive (wasn’t a push bar) and was the only access to stairs

The location was very good, 10 mn walk from the train station , not far from the busy streets with Cafes and restaurants. The room was at a good size.

We had 2 single beds and they were too soft in my opinion. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower cabin. You receive a sample size shower gel and shampoo. Bring your own.Be aware that the bathroom door is made of frosted glass and is not hermetic.

The location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the train station, the bus station toward Porto Venere is right in front of the property.

We received only 2 shower gels for 5 nights and 2 guests. The bed sheets weren’t changed at all. The towels were stained, they were however changed frequently etc. Way too pricey for what we were offered.

Our stay at Garibaldi 23 was not without issues. But the Silvia went the extra mile to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Thank you Silvia.

Great location, very tidy and great staff

We liked everything, the room was specious, the bed was comfortable, it was easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Even self check-in was available, we arrived after 17:00. I definitely recommend this accommodation. It’s only 10 mins walking distance from La Spezia train station and from the port, so this makes it perfect for visiting Cinque Terre.
