The Z Nite Hostel

Beds were comfortable and the staff was good and cooperative. Breakfast was excellent.

But the hygiene of the washroom was disappointing — it was not clean and had a bad smell. Another major inconvenience was the lack of charging points near each bed.

The location

They booked for me a tour to the James Island and the company never picked up me and no one was responsible. The recepcionist went until 10 am to the reception and the housekeeper didn’t help me to call them because she said me that she didn’t have credit to call and when I required for a breakfast she maked bad faces. I don’t recomend this places and never book tours with them.

The ubication

They booked 1 tour for me and anyone picked up me. The staff was not responsible and I lost one day because it is imposible to get to the James Island for by self at the last time. The housekipper has always a bad face when you ask for breakfast. Even i requested for help to call to the tour team and she said me that she doesn’t have credit for call them. Really bad experience

Everything was perfect. The price I paid was really worth it and the location is also very peaceful and near to Phuket Old Town. Both the staffs were much friendly and kind.

They provide only 2 bread in the breakfast 😭. I know it's sufficient to a lot of people but it was less according to me. Also there is only 1 socket. So either you charge your mobile/laptop or switch on the fan

Very kind staff. Clean room. Bedsheets and mattress are very good and comfortable. Location is just few walking destence to centrum. Good value for money. I had a good stay and recommend this hostel.
