Old Town Trio Apartments

Établissement bien placé proche de la vieille ville accessible en bus depuis l'aéroport et à pieds depuis la gare routière dans une rue peu passante donc au calme. Petit déjeuner bon et varié.

Good location near old town and train station.

Wifi was terrible. Slow and kept dropping out. Also, my "deluxe apartment" had no window I could open, just a skylight with no way to block out the early morning light.

I thought there’s a washing within the apartment but it was located along the corridor. Not convenient at all. No lift. Very dangerous for a 70 year old to drag the suitcases up those stairs. No international English news channel. Extracting fan noisy and not extracting any steam away. Limescale build up on taps. It got on my nerves, so I start cleaning it 🙄. The oven should be replaced with a microwave oven. Most tourist only reheat ready meals. None will cook a roast dinner.

Good location. Walking distance to town centre and anywhere around old town.

Awful noise from other guests ( large group of unsupervised young people 15/16 year olds), there rooms were everywhere around my room. Also Being allocated next to both housekeepers room and laundry room ( top floor). Literally the worst stay I ever had there ( can’t remember exactly fourth or fifth time staying there and definitely the last one). When I tried to approach front desk about young people slamming the door and screaming for a few hours I was literally yelled at by angry looking receptionist saying it’s not her responsibility to control them. Her actual words were “what do you want me to do about it, it’s not my problem..!?Also she added they might calmed down by midnight ( they haven’t) and also that they were leaving tomorrow. She also angrily added she won’t be moving me to another room because they are full ( they weren’t, there was plenty of rooms available to book online) but I didn’t even asked to be moved. I don’t think I said anything else because I was shocked literally felt triggered and threatened after she yelled at me from the moment I approached her. Awful behaviour. I left reception in shock and was dreading to see same person next day, luckily she wasn’t there next day or the day after when I checked out. Fair to say the first night was sleepless. Also cleanliness nothing like it used to be. I carry wet towels with me anytime so did my own cleaning before unpacking. Nothing was wiped from previous guests, but towels and bedding looked fresh so I made no big deal about it.

Отличный вариант для проживания: исторический центр в шаговой доступности. Номер просторный, отличная кухня. Особенно хочу отметить персонал-более отзывчивых я ещё не встречала! Спасибо!

房间很大，很干净！！而且酒店位置十分优越，价格合理，甚至有点物超所值！！我非常推荐这家！接待人员很热情！ （就是wifi信号和速度有点差）

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, κοντά στον σταθμό των λεωφορείων και των τρένων. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.
