The villa has it all, epic view the outside area is perfect for big families plenty of room, table tennis and pool but in the shade, fresh fruit and supplies in fridge along side a couple of bottles of wine on arrival, Nice touch, Inside the bathrooms were all new 5 star standard , everything was spotless and the whole place was very homely. The Host was excellent , When we go back to Rhodes again this is definitely the only place ill stay

On arrival we received a very warm welcome to the villa by a lovely lady who showed us around and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The villa is in a stunning location with beautiful views and magical sunsets in the evening. Absolutely everything has been thought of by the owner. We arrived a a large selection of complimentary food and drinks which was very welcome after our flight. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as the villa is on a hill and the roads to the beach aren’t the safest to get down with kids. We hired a private chef one evening who cooked some amazing Greek food and catered for all our party. The pool isn’t heated but I’m sure that wouldn’t be a problem if you were visiting from late May onwards when the weather was warmer. The warm hot tub makes up for it!

The host of the property was direct available when we arrived. She showed the property and gave us some tips for shopping, nice places to visit and good restaurants.

The location was fabulous- on top of a hill over looking the sea and Rhodes city. Perfect for the weather as it was hot and the breeze was a great respite. There were 8 of us celebrating my 60th so the offerings of the home in terms of size were perfect! Very private and pretty location to! We hired the Rhodes chef to cook for my birthday and it was amazing- 10/10 for food & service and the recommended Driver transfer company was equally good for tour transfers!

Whilst the outdoor area is stunning, the property is a little dated inside. The decor is very mismatched. The kitchen is dated and tired as are other aspects of the home. However the size and layout of the home reflects the era the home was built - the 90’s and it worked well for our group. If you don’t mind an eclectic look and style then this home is perfect!!! Minor things - no Power point or bench space in main ensuite ; the pool table needs re clothing and new balls required; the spa on the pool doesn’t work; mid clean didn’t clean bathrooms (only mopped and changed towels); the decor is dated; the outdoor condensation pipe for aircon leaks on side deck and a major slipping hazard so be careful!! Also hard to get taxis to pick you up! Definitely hire a car as it’s a long, hilly walk into Old Rhodes town but a stunning one..you need to be match fit!!

Absolutely phenomenal place for family vacation. Awesome view, great outside area, outdoor kitchen. Everything what you need. Great host who brought us cake and ice cream. So much space for everybody, we‘ll come back.

It`s not totally silent, you hear a constant backround noise, but which is absolutely acceptable

The house was amazing. Very clean and modern. The host was very pleasant and the welcoming staff too. Recommending for sure.

this Villa has real ‘wow’ factor! it’s as goods as the pictures show. very private and quiet location, with amazing outdoor facilities and sunsets.

pool not heated- too cold to really use. not always enough hot water for showers, squeaky door hinges upstairs.
