فندق جيد جدا وموقع جيد الانترنيت جيد ونظيف يوميا يتم تنظيف الغرفه وتبدل المناشف يوميا والحمامات نظيفه والموظفين تعاملهم جيد ويساعدون الزبون اشكر الموظف العربي الذي يعمل فقط صباحا الأخ مصطفئ المغربي كانت لديه معلومات للسياحه في مدريد جيده تعاون معي ولكن الشي الذي لم يعجبني في الفندق يتم إعطاء الزبون قنينة ماء فقط في اليوم الاول فقط عند طلب المزيد يقولون لك يجب دفع المال هذا غير جيد ولا يوجد ضمن الضيافه في الغرفه شاي او قهوه .

Pequeno-almoço ótimo! Hotel bastante calmo e acolhedor. Funcionários muito simpáticos e deixaram-nos guardar as malas após o check-out. Boa localização, perto de transportes públicos (autocarro para Plaza Mayor à porta e metro ao fim da rua +/- 15 min a andar).
