Love it everything looks good and clean

Everything was on point. Absolutely great ambiance...small issues, no hand soap in bathroom.

Very nice place to stay and people friendly 🙂

Restaurant breakfast was delicious.

Right from the start, you couldn’t ask for more. Got there early, at 12. Check in supposed to be 4, got a room early so we didn’t have to come back early just to check in and leave again, it was really appreciated, thanks so be much for working with us

2 weeks later im still fighting for my security deposit back. Called twice. They kept telling me its my bank (and it wasnt). Third time i reached out and i get some case number and a promise someone will reach out in 24-48 hrs. Theyre making this way too hard.

Problems right out of the gate. All the luggage carts (three) had near flat tires and could barely move when loaded. Hotel is dated with wallpaper bubbling and tub flooring worn out. Was with a group of 79 for a ships reunion, went to breakfast ( not complimentary) waited almost 15 minutes only to be told it would “be awhile”, short staffed. No iron on the room and never got one despite more than one inquiry. Only got bodywash refilled by flagging a maid down and asking directly. Daughters ring was stolen by maid, caught practically red handed. Front desk staff indifferent, until I asked loudly for the Norwich CT non emergency number. Great Police work and ring was recovered. On a positive note: Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Banquet food was excellent

Staff is rude, no luggage carts, staff is rude, curtains don't cover the windows, no knowledge of military. I witnessed multiple guest complainingabout numerous other things including a staff memebrr stealing a ring during a NAVY reunion!!!
