Crowne Plaza Hotel and Suites Pittsburgh South by IHG

This property is very close to lots of convenient things.... South Hill Village and restaurants surrounding it, a T Station and lots of parking. Cleaning staff was very accommodating but it did not seem they were vacuuming the carpet in the room.

We got a one bedroom suite , the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. It was springs and no cushion

Very clean rooms and lobby and restaurant.

The pool was dirty and a million flying bugs at the pool. Bert disappointed as we booked here because of the outdoor pool.

Inspite of knowing how many we were in the room, housekeeping always gave insufficient supplies There is no kettle in the room, only a coffee maker assuming everyone takes coffee. There is also no hot water downstairs. One has to ask for hot water in the kitchen and in some instances I was charged for it!! Hot water in all hotels is accessible and one shouldn't have to pay for it if it's not provided. The breakfast is too monotonous. I was at the hotel.for one week and it was the same every day of the week. On some days, basics like juice and cereal were not provided.

Hotel was clean, good water pressure, staff friendly. However the restaurants menu is very mall and not many choices. The pool closes to early and the TV in the room is obsolete and i was unable to connect any of my devices to the HDMI ports.

Beds very comfortable...breakfast nice for a quick bite before heading out

Le petit déjeuner, il ne correspond pas au prix demandé, il manquait des céréales, des yaourts pendant 2 jours, pas de fromage ,pas de choix...les lits non faits pendants 2 jours...la piscine pas nettoyée, pas assez de serviettes ,on était 4,il en manquait toujours...mais le personnel au top,.La direction devrait régler beaucoup de choses..Hotel vieillot, ne fait pas très propre.

The check-in experience was amazing When we got to the room The pullout was broken But there was a nice man who helped us to move our bags to another room When we pulled the pull out out, the sheets were filthy, and there was food underneath the couch We got the suite to have a fireplace But both rooms they didn't work The pool was dirty and there was only 6 chairs The breakfast was 4/10 The staff was struggling to keep up W clearing tables and get food The
