Sleep Inn Sandusky

Hairs on telephone and nasty, rollaway bed was disgusting and falling apart. No hot water and bathroom lights didn’t work. Stated it was bc of the the outlet by the sink bc we used the hairdryer except we didn’t…but the lights worked on the sink??! The breakfast was a huge cluster!!! Everyone we saw complained about rooms as well.

Great location, nice hotel

Had no shampoo and conditioner in shower. Keys didn’t work after we checked in

The room was very small, barely big enough for the four of us and 3 suitcases. The handle on the shower was broken and very sharp, and we only had one roll of toilet paper for a two night stay with four people. The breakfast selection was very good, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Parking lot was filthy. Beds were quite comfortable, just a very small room.

We checked in late after a day at Cedar Point. Our room was just not well kept. The bathroom had hair in the sink, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were coated in dirt, and the carpet was stained. We could hear the people walking across the floor above us, and the hallway had people constantly slamming doors. The room also had this odd smell. It was definitely not a place we'd return to, especially for what we paid (about $200).

We stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights for an event. The rooms were large and the beds were fine. Bathrooms were clean enough. The amenities like the pool were sufficient but nothing special. The breakfast provided was the worst of any hotel that has ever offered me a breakfast. Waffles, limited little oranges and orange juice that often ran out and cheap off brand cereal. Hotel staff was nice but lots of broken air conditioners in the halls and not very well maintained property.

First we arrived late because celebrating daughter’s birthday and we just fell asleep and when I woke up there was blood on the sheets,I’m a cancer survivor and no longer have the monthly so with that being said I woke up and was blown away by what I slept by.. then when we told the night lady changed our room..And we talk to the manager in the morning and she reassured me that she watched the housekeepers change the linen and I told her she is a lie because that is not a stain it’s from not being changed well long and behold they said that their hands are tied because I went through third party.So I called third party and of course they didn’t answer for the third party so third party refunded us a 100$ but still haven’t seen it and that was last week so please be aware of where you lay your head..oh and just so you understand been going there for 20 years

The bed was comfortable. There were ants in the room that crawled around even without food being present.

The check-in was fast.
