For the location it was very good value.

Room was not obviously checked before my arrival. I had no heat the first night. Parking is expensive and not convenient.

The hotel itself was fine. Rooms were fine.

Our stay includes breakfast. Other family members booked on a different site and their reservations included breakfast also. However there were two different breakfasts going on. Neither of us had any idea that we wouldn’t be in the same breakfast. Staff was unhelpful. And they were virtually the same. In addition there was a fire alarm. There was no direction from any staff about what to do or if there was an actual fire. Customers going up and down. Nobody knew what to do. God forbid there was ever a real issue. Finally someone said everything was okay.

Clean, nice room & facilities. The staff were wonderful.

$125 feels hefty for a pet fee when you’re only staying 1 night but otherwise everything was great.

Front desk staff and the restaurant staff were super friendly and accomodating. Hotel is very clean. Property is very clean.

I think $17 for parking is quite expensive. Also did not like having my room across from the fitness center and near the pool.
