"Better then super 8"

Everything in the room worked lol before coming to this location is stayed the night at the super 8 across the street and I had to be switched 3 times to different rooms when I checked in because the room either had no lights working and TV didnt work at all, second room TV near ac was working properly, third room TV barely worked and only one light worked. Manager acted irrated because I wanted a room that everything worked as should when paying to use it. Red roof was definitely a better stay and red roof has earned my returning business!! Room was still ghetto and burn marks all on the desk but alot better then super 8 still!!

Really dont have any complaints here

Shower nice air worked great room was nice with a single queen bed. Other occupants were loud coming and going all night and morning other than that it was great.

Other tenants were coming and going throughout the night and morning doors were loud

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been too and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from st"

I appreciated that the location was close to several food stops and stores.

When we checked in 4/3 around 11pm-midnight, we were not greeted by the front receptionist. I had to say hello to get her attention despite all the noise the front door makes as she was distracted on her phone. She proceeded to be extremely rude to my husband and I and appeared upset when we attempted to use a MasterCard to pay, as if we were expected to know her machine didn’t accept MasterCards. After checking in and going about our day the next morning, when we came back in the afternoon we were met with a large, dead cockroach in our room. In addition to this, we had no hot water in our shower. When we left the property and checked out we were not thanked for our stay or even said goodbye too.

"Worthless place"

Dirty. Pathetic staff. Rude staff. Worst place we have ever stayed at. Rancid cleanliness. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. Pee all over the floor. Sticky floor in the room. Just plain dirty gross room. Garbage all over the property.
