Concord Plaza Hotel

Everything about this place was amazing plus beautiful me and my wife wood love to stay again soon this was a 10 star in our eyes.

To be honest I don't think anything could have been better it was perfect

La ubicación es buena, aun que las habitaciones son buenas, no es un hotel moderno , pero desde que esté limpio está bien

El desayuno… ofrecen desayuno … algo que no se debería llamar así , por que en el momento que fui a desayunar solo ofrecían café y unos mini muffins… si querías huevos debías pagarlos adicional, en realidad no es desayuno incluido,…deberían decir café incluido

The hotel was very clean and convenient location. Staff was very kind and accommodating

During my stay, the hotel had construction going on. Most of those workers utilized most of the parking spaces in the back

Was a problem with internet. Not enough parking space.

Hotel was great.

The lady at reception was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame, I really liked the hotel and had previously booked to stay in April next year, I immediately cancelled my booking for next year and will never stay in this hotel again after the way I was spoken to and treated by this receptionist.
