I was charged for 2 rooms, had to spend quite a bit of time trying to get it reversed . Music played very loud past 11:00:pm. Ice machine on our floor was broken, had to keep going to the 1st floor.

The cleanliness, the Ambiance, the outdoor greenery.

I wish the food they served at the cafe was fresher. The breakfast served each day was delicious, fresh and a good variety.

"Warning - We will not stay here again."

Recently stayed, disappointed hotel under renovation; room dated; advised guests required to give 24hr notice for room attendance, Loud reception in atrium right next to room - no notice to change room. Hotel bar, restaurant and complimentary breakfast subpar with service and quality offerings. Once an impressive hotel now not even a shadow of its former self.
