Days Inn by Wyndham Sherman

Room had mold all over it. You could tell there was paint just out over mold and they went on. Woke up the next morning and found roaches all over the bathroom counter. Upon checking out, mentioned it to the staff and got the response of “I know, have a great day!”

Nothing

1st, I paid for a jacuzzi suite, I showed up and was told there was a leak. After they realized I had already paid, they checked and said the leak was fixed. I was finally given key to room after an hour at check in. I go to the room and it is disgusting and filthy. I could not even sit as I felt I would catch some bug or disease. I went back to the front desk because the phone didn't work and the lady said nothing to me accept that I was getting a discount, that after a week still have not received. The next room was clean, had an iron and hangers which the first room did not have. But only 1 light, and Luke the 1st room, both the toilet and sink did not work. No coffee maker. I went to the lobby the next morning for breakfast and they had none. Again a standard at all hotels except this one. No reason, just nothing. I will never stay here again and I will never use booking.com again either.

No microwave no clothes hangers no iron uncomfortable bed moth eaten curtains

You get what you pay for. For those looking for a discount, this is it. However the photos on the Google page for this Days Inn are false. There is NO pool and probably never has been for a long time. All the machines in the fitness center are not working. And I'm not sure why they call it free breakfast. Honestly it's just a handful of snacks. Plus the water in the showers and faucets need treating. Never again.
