My extended family stayed for a week at the Bond Estate over the Christmas 2023 period and we had the most marvellous, wonderful stay imaginable, My daughter got married a few miles away and we used the place a venue to get ready and have photographs taken; it was magical. Everything was perfect, from the fantastic, exotic swimming pool and jacuzzi to the outstanding full-on Bar-B-Que. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed and the coffee machine was a real luxury. The place was so well equipped that we comfortably hosted her new in-laws for a full on good, old fashioned English Christmas Dinner. The GIANT projector screen and selection of movies was an absolute delight, (Love Actually on Christmas day has never looked so good), the Tennis court was brand new and saw many a hotly contested rally. (You CAN be serious !!) Tracy (the facility manager) was always available; discreet yet accommodating in every way and a real plus for the premises. (Shout out for Shaun and Rhys the resident friendly Shoats, (Google it ! )) If you are thinking of staying on the outskirts of Christchurch and you want a little luxury in your life then you need look no further than the Bond Estate... we will CERTAINLY be returning.

Everything was Perfect, there was nothing to fault.

Bond Estate was very well laid out and comfortable. The pool house, tennis court and grounds were big hits with our family and we enjoyed the home-like feel of the estate. The art and decorations were far beyond what we usually see in a rental property and made this stay over the top. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was a breeze.
