The hotel is great, gentleman behind the bar is outstanding. Location is very close to where I need to be for business. Rooms are always clean. Location for afterwork is not great. Nowhere to walk safely for food or shopping. Not a far drive to better areas. I have not eaten at the restaurant.

They gave is the wrong room to start with, then tried to put us in a cheap room but we complained so they moved us a tired time to a really nice room.

Front desk staff was incredibly accommodating as I had recently had hip Surgery. Moved me to a different room- improvised and created a handicap friendly scenario. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Cappuccino at the club daily was great. But overall- excellent

Club member snacks and happy hour were sparse, tasteless, no variety and hugely disappointing considering what we pay to upgrade. Please fix this.
