Mareya and Yason were absolutely wonderful! Excellent service with a smile!

I never checked in Atlanta Merriott sent a receipt to me with all zeros. They did not have valet or bus person service on weekends . Said I should get hotel closer to evening apt. And Uber it. I did Hamton Inn.

The staff at this marriott makes all the difference and they are why I return. I have stayed here the last 3 weeks in a row. The bartender, Yason, is beyond amazing! Always kind, attentive and patient no matter the situation. Leticia at the front desk always welcomes with a smile and willing to give a helping hand! The other lady with her on 2/24 when I was leaving is also amazing, I just failed to get her name. Thank you all, Sharon Hayter-Smith

Every time I stay at the Atlanta Marriott in the NE Emory area, it’s a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with everything you need to relax and unwind. The bar and restaurant in the lobby are a highlight. The food and drinks are always on point, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Maria and George truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. They’re attentive, friendly, and make you feel right at home. You won’t find better service anywhere else. If you’re visiting, be sure to ask for Maria and George. They’ll make your stay even better.

I came with families for a rather large D1 lacrosse team. There were several teams in the hotel this weekend. The crowd was overwhelming for the bar and wait staff at the lounge. However, Mareya maintained a professional disposition to accommodate the crowd while working with her bartender George. Although there were some errors in billing drinks. Mareya a George worked together to remediate discrepancies while keeping customers happy. Despite the overwhelming crowd. The two team staff remained poised and fluid. I do recommend that hotel leadership assess the personnel coming in to ensure the appropriate servers are available in the future. Hats off to Mareya and George for keeping up with the large crowd. Note: there was a wedding party in the lounge as well. Thank you for the service and professionalism.

I did not stay at the property but my client did. Some items were misplaced by FedEx and Angel, for days helped me. She searched all over the property to locate these important item. After they were found, Angel even coordinated the pickup and return of these items back to me. My client was extremely grateful and so was I. She really went above and beyond and took what was a very frustrating situation and turned it into an absolute pleasure. Thank you Angel, I hope to come stay in your beautiful hotel soon! D.W.
