Some of the towels were dirty. The staff did not look professional at all. No uniform, not well groomed he did not look presentable or clean, but nice. Other than that it was good

When we arrived we were informed there was a parking fee. That information was not on the Expedia Website. In addition there was not blowdryer in the room. I tried to call the front desk about the blowdryer but the phone in the room did not work. I went to the desk and the clerk was not able to locate a blowdryer at that time. I returned to the desk the following morning and was provided a blowdryer. I cannot believe that Expedia list this as a 3 Star property. I don't believe I will book through Expedia again.

The room was horrible. There were gnats and roaches all over the room. It was extremely uncomfortable to stay in, and we were only there for one night. It was a fight to get additional towels for the room, and we had to go to the front desk to get them. No room service whatsoever. The continental breakfast was not fresh or served with care. I also was unable to ask about the incidental fee I paid at check in. I expect the full incidental fee to be returned to my card immediately, especially due to the fact that I was unaware of this fee at the time of booking. I will never come back to this hotel.

Ac unit was not cooling right and the Ice machine on the floor was not working

Excellent for just 1 night. Very quiet and clean. Don't understand the parking fee but oh well.
