"I was uncomfortable due to how dirty the room was."

The room had not been cleaned before I arrived. The phone in the room wasn’t even connected so I had to find the motels number and called from my cell to ask for clean sheets. There wasn’t anything that was clean. I went to the store and bought bleach cleaner and had to clean bathroom before taking a shower.. I will never stay there again.

"At least the bed was comfortable"

Comfortable bed,

Being charged more to actually have a fridge and or microwave available in room. Also the false information on booking app, says that I paid for a room WITH a microwave and fridge and a coffee maker. WRONG.... NO ROOM OFFERS COFFEE MAKERS YOU MUST GO BACK TO LOBBY, very inconvenient. And then thinking the app is correct in saying you should habe a microwave and fridge but then come to realize YOU MUST PAY MORE FOR THAT.

The guy at front desk was nice

They gave us a room and we get to our room and there was someone in there already. Then they gave us another room. We ended up leaving a day early cause I was not feeling well they did not offer any money back to us

"Great hotel especially if you're a casino goer."

Our room was on the quiet side of the motel, and on the ground floor as I had requested. AC worked REAL GOOD and that's important in Texas.

No coffee maker in the room, so we went over to Walmart and bought a cheap coffee maker for our stay.
