The staff was awesome. There were a few troubles with the rooms like one of my rooms TV wasn’t working so they switched us to a room where a TV was working then the second room that we had the AC wasn’t working, but they said that they couldn’t switch us to another room because then they would be charge me so that’s the only thing that I didn’t like was that I was gonna get charged for switching twice and they said it was considered an upgrade now don’t give me wrong. The staff was awesome and was totally understanding which I loved, but if things are not working in the room, why would I get charged for a double upgrade when I ordered Two rooms and there was something wrong in each of those rooms? But if you need a quick room to get a good nights sleep and this would be the place for you.

Nancy the clerk was nice and helpful. The ac was excellent

Not enough pillows.and there was a leak next door and no one told us.so ending result only 1 person had able to take a shower because no water...not to mention it was advertised to have a microwave and refrigerator and there wasn't any appliances

"I'd keep looking"

The only good thing was the nice clerk when we arrived at 2am. The managers the next day were very rude.

The amount of cockroachs we had to kill. The tiny TV, and the fact it's been days and I still haven't gotten the room deposit back
