Secret Bunutan Ubud Villa

Excellent service by the villa operator, highly recommend.

The apartment was really nice and comfortable. Felt right at home.

The host was dishonest with a few things that made us uneasy after a few days. Every night exactly around 12 midnight there was some sort of recording that played a dog barking, rooster crowing, and birds making noise and it played threw out the night. We stayed here for a week and got absolutely no sleep every single night. Although the facility is nice I would not stay here for free in the future.

Villa is perfect for couples or families. Wayan is a great person, and he took care with everything for us. We found the room and garden clean almost everytime. He is like a swiss knife with a good heart. As a result, we decided to come here again next time when we return Ubud.

Breakfast can be better.

Comfy bed, good Aircon, nice breakfast and lovely people.

A bit far from restaurant and town, pool was quite chilly and the cockerels were really loud, but that's just Bali 😆

Wayan was very helpful and kept the place very tidy. The pool was pleasant. Garden was lovely. Wayan’s brekkies were great. It was a good location for rafting and atvs. Pleasant drivers who looked after us for a few days.

Property is not the same as photos and felt it was misleading. Our booking of 6 people was accepted for some bizarre reason - it is a strictly a 4 person property, 5 at most. After multiple ambiguous responses from the property about whether we would fit we arrived to find it would not accommodate 6 people. I was then asked to pay an extra $100 per night for bed/cushions on the floor. The location is not good for central Ubud. Driveway covered in dog poop and stray dogs. Also - endless cockerels that start at 3am. If you’re an early riser, this is the place for you! Weird smell in 2nd bedroom / bathroom.

Wonderful private Villa with a nice pool and living area. Looks still as good as the pictures! Host is very helpful and always reachable per WhatsApp. Private Driver is also available and with his broad knowlegde of the island, very helpful for visiting Bali in a comfortable way. No complaints, would do it again. Excellent service!

We loved the host and his ability to go above and beyond! Wayane was the best host of anywhere we’ve stayed yet. Room is beautiful, pool was stunning, breakfast is made deliciously! Highly suggest anyone going to Ubud to book there stay here!
