We stayed at the property for two nights for a hockey tournament. It was by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We travel quite a bit. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

We love this hotel. It is my son's favorite because of the basketball court. The staff is always super helpful. The only negative was that we called and requested a room no higher than the 2nd floor and were told that would not be a problem. When we got there, they had to place us on the 3rd floor with no availability on the 1st or 2nd. We didn't let it ruin the weekend though.

Even though the thermostat read seventy four degrees, it was rather chilly in the room. The hotel would NOT do anything about it. Went diwn for breakfast. There was a family in their pajamas and barefoot.
