I had trouble with the electrical of the room & they helped me with getting a charger, as I was stressed because I wasn’t aware that my booking didn’t include the chargeback . Manager was able to help me & provide room service for my daughter & concierge was incredibly helpful aswell. Appreciated the free kids ice cream that comes with the booking! Plus the pool area was great too!

Staff at the reception was very friendly and nice. We booked three rooms and they upgraded one of the rooms so we could all be close to each other.

I found the pillows in bed a bit too hard for my liking. But that depends on each preference. I would like to see some child play area or entertainment in the hotel apart of the swimming pool.
