Liked the parking, clean and manicured landscape, pool, etc externally looks perfect. Good location to eat and relax.

The room we had was dirty, tired and the bed was very bad, it was softer than a couch and we had a very bad sleep. Bed linen was dirty and had hair and some stains in the linen. PIllows offered zero support. Actually getting sick and tired of hotels (not just this place) thinking it's ok to provide dirty linen to customers who are paying quite alot per night. Room needs a deep clean, paint job and a freshen up if you expect to charge that much and have happy returning customers OR lower your nightly rate and keep it fair and reasonable. Bathroom was not that great either with a grimy floor we wore thongs when showering. We did not feel we received fair value for the amount we paid and won't be returning again considering we have been going there annually for 3 years.
