"we would like to come here again but have a meal in The Growers."

the easiness of booking in, and the availability. The only regret was that we couldn't get into the Growers dining room, as we were hoping for a quieter night for our wedding anniversary.

"Dragging ourselves up and down stairs was grossly inconvenient"

Nothing, our stay was spoilt by the first floor location, we are seniors, my partner uses a rollator and I have a a bad knee.

We asked for disability and were put on the first floor with no lift. Premises should not be four star. Staff were superficially concerned but really did not care and did not offer any assistance.

There was an incident where they forgot to provide clean towels due to a staff shortage, as the employee who was there that day had an unforeseen problem.
