Super 8 by Wyndham Chambersburg I-81

Dirty sheets, no fire alarm in room, no light bulbs in 3 of the light fixtures. When we first got there they were having problems with there jacuzzi. Then when we asked to get towels to get into the Jacuzzi once it was working they had none so we had to use our wet bath towels. Then the next day they came and changed the sheets because we complained . Then they took our towels and forgot to leave clean ones. When I went to ask they were out of clean towels .There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The only thing that was great was the front desk people. Then the vent above the pole looked like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. Requested refund but they said they couldn’t because it was a 3 rd party reservation. Then we thought we were going to get a free hot breakfast included and instead all they had was 2 different cereals, yogurt, coffee and orange juice . We will never stay here again!

No soap or anything provided in the room. One half roll of toilet paper no additional roll in bathroom. Stained floor. Jacuzzi was cracked. Hot tub was out of order. Charged additional $50 deposit not told about on website. Breakfast was dry cereal, no milk, and two pieces of bread. Not impressed at all.

Instead of 2 queen size beds ended up with 2 double beds. Free breakfast consisted of cold cereal, toast, packaged mini muffins and cups of yogurt, with juice or coffee

Bread, cereal and yogurt. Very limited. They were out of milk for the cereal

Key cards that worked. I couldn't get in 3 different times. 1 wash cloth for 2 people. No hand towels. I had to ask for bath towels. Refrigerator was so load we had to unplug it to sleep. Ran out of toilet paper, there was no back-up roll. No tissues, no cups. Pre-exsisting blood stains on the bedding.

Hot tub didnt work but we had the pool. It was clean and quiet.

Room door was opened when I arrived. Room was lightly cleaned. No service on the TV. In room fridge sounded like a passing freight train all night. Breakfast options limited to white toast and two cold cereals. Will not stay again.

The jet hot tub was amazing! Me and the family enjoyed it. The tv was small but I was able to hook my PlayStation up to it , the bed was comfortable, only thing is the couch made my fiancé itch a little , maybe they can upgrade a new sofa but other than that it was a cool stay !

No air conditioning in the halls, commode wouldnt hardly flush and the bathroom was so small. Needs upgrades.
