You can use the special requests box when making your reservation or contact the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. A deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival to cover possible damages. It will be done by card. The deposit will be fully refunded to the credit card once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified. Group bookings carry a surcharge of EUR 2,000 per apartment. It is paid when making the reservation (this amount is added to the selected rate). Reservations of 2 rooms or more may be subject to special conditions and supplements. "Like being in a hotel (in a good way)"

Hotel-level cleanliness. The beds were comfy and it was just a few minutes (9) from the train station and from the old center (and about 20+ from the City of Arts and Sciences).

De locatie van het appartement is top... de wijk Ruzafa heeft veel horeca en ligt op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Het strand is een uurtje lopen, maar de bus stopt ook om de hoek. Fijn om 2 slaapkamers te hebben, de bedden waren oke. Het contact over het appartement verliep via whatsapp met Lina en Sandra en dat werkt top!

Het appartement is enorm gehorig. Aan de voorzijde hoor je ondanks gesloten ramen het uitgaanspubliek. Maar erger is het gegooi met de deuren in het appartementencomplex, wat niet anders kan omdat je bij het verlaten van het appartement de deur alleen kan sluiten door de deur hard dicht te gooien. Dat zorgde wel een paar keer voor wakker schrikken. Verder weinig handdoeken, maar je kunt ze wel zelf wassen (beetje zonde om 4 handoeken en 1 theedoek in een verder lege wasmachine te moeten doen). Verder wat kleine mankementen die we gemeld hebben en waar ze naar gaan kijken.

Es war alles perfekt organisiert. Sandra hat per WhatsApp alle Informationen gesendet und war stets erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt. Alles war zu fuss erreichbar, ob die Kathedrale oder die Stadt der Künste und Wissenschaften . Die Markthalle ist direkt eine Strasse weiter , viele Metzgereien drin , lecker. Es gab viele Bars und Restaurants mit wirklich unschlagbaren Preisen. Spanien pur

Kleiner Tipp an alle, ist keine Kritik an die Unterkunft. Ich habe einen Mietwagen gebucht und es war völlig unnötig. Es gibt nämlich keine Parkplätze, aber mehrere Parkhäuser . Kostenpunkt ca 20-25 Euro pro Tag. Man braucht hier aber kein Auto, da alles zu fuss erreichbar ist. Nutzt den Shuttleservice der angeboten wird.

Apartmán byl prostorný, čistý a dobře vybavený. Dostali jsme se z něj snadno do centra, na pláž i na letiště. Také se nám líbilo, že instrukce a komunikace se Sandrou, která nás měla na starosti, byly jasné a přístup vstřícný.

Ocenili bychom koše na tříděný odpad.

"Laat je niet misleiden door de foto’s. Er is niet voor iedereen een bed"

Het was proper.

We boekten het verblijf voor 4 personen, waarvan 2 personen in een bed konden slapen, maar 1 persoon op een veldbed en 1 persoon in de zetel moest slapen (dus niet eens een zetelbed). De foto’s op de website tonen ook foto’s van andere en grotere appartementen, dus we dachten wel 2 bedden te hebben in plaats van 1 en ook een groter terras.
