A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Flatsforyou RUZAFA know about your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the special requests box when making your reservation or contact the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. A deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival to cover possible damages. It will be done by card. The deposit will be fully refunded to the credit card once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified. Group bookings carry a surcharge of EUR 2,000 per apartment. It is paid when making the reservation (this amount is added to the selected rate). Reservations of 2 rooms or more may be subject to special conditions and supplements.
