Great apartment with excellent facilities. Good clear and timely communication from the host Sandra.

Excessively Noisy accommodation located behind the apartment making noise at silly times like after 11pm and even as early as 5am in the morning.

La struttura è molto accogliente, posizione eccellente! Lo staff, in particolare Sandra che ci ha seguito sin dall'inizio, è sempre super disposto e molto gentile. Ve lo consiglio!

Great location and easy to check in with the code. Nice layout - 2 separate bedrooms. All kitchen appliainces were in place. A lot of dishes, glasses and cups, very handy. Mid-stay cleaning was nice, but we were not informed about the specific time when cleaner came. AC worked well. In general - very comfortable place, would defintely consider it for my next trips

the curtains in the bedroom overlooking Calle Clero were not black out. The safe did not work until I changed the batteries. Pillows are a little too high, so we had to use sofa cushions. Towels are a little old. The lock in the bathroom is a little broken. in the last evening we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

De locatie zelf was erg fijn en veel op loopafstand. De airco is super fijn. Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Koelkast werkt goed en douche is fijn.

De deur is moeilijk open te krijgen door het slot wat erop zit. We dachten wel dat we een appartement hadden met balkon waar je kon zitten, maar we hadden er een waar je allen kon staan. De lamp in de slaapkamer bleef af en toe schemeren.

The apartment is clean well equipped, airy and light. It was enjoyable to sit in during the heat of the day. It is centrally located close to the station, metro and bus links. The hosts were on hand by phone and whatsap and answered requests promptly. Excellent place to stay.
