Did not do meals here. Staff was nice. Location good. Parking was great.

Beautiful lobby with bar.

Although I understand pets have accidents and pet floor is separated more effort could be made to the appearance of carpet and smell.

The breakfast wasn't included even though we paid $160.00. We've paid less at other hotels and still had breakfast included.

Everything. Upon check in, I had to wait about 5 minutes while 2 employees were standing there trying to figure out how much to reimburse the other employee for something. That could have waited until after they checked me in. Our room had a terrible smell. The hot water never really got hot. The bath mat was completely soaked when we arrived. Have no idea why they would put a completely wet bathmat in the room hanging over the tub. When you stand in the tub, it felt like you were going to fall through. It squeaked and felt like it was moving as you moved taking a shower. The hotel needs some serious updating.

Close to the hwy. Lobby was nice.

Bkfst was average. Front desk said it was one price and the buffet table said another. The buffet attendant was on his phone the entire time I was in there. Clearer signage for the buffet location was needed. Drain in tub was clogged. Room was so damp and sheets felt.damp. White comforter had stains on it and even when I pulled it down there were stains. Had it not been 11pm I would have asked for new linens.

Check in was simple, desk associate was attentive and kind

The water pressure wasn’t that great. The toilet wouldn’t hardly flush.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The woman that checked us in was rude. The elevator broke down right after I got into my room on the third floor and stayed that way the rest of the time we were there. The bathroom door lock didn’t work because the door didn’t even touch the door frame. There were several other maintenance issues as well.
