"Overall good but pullout is garbage."

The staff was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding for the price value and everything we needed. Location to the airport was fantastic and the shuttle just a quick drive (on time and friendly).

The pullout couch was horrendous. Very well used. You could feel every spring and unfortunately the Hotel wasn't able to provide us with an extra cover nor extra padding. I tried to get a few blankets to help with it but only got one delivered.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Place near Calgary Airport! The check-in and checking-out process was seamless and efficient, making everything stress-free. The breakfast buffet had a great variety with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient experience-would definitely stay again!

Very reasonable rate for a nice room. Staff was very friendly and competent. We took the complimentary shuttle to and from airport. We really appreciated the on site restaurant as we arrived late in the evening. Food was excellent!
