Sehr nettes hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal! Alles war sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Gute und sichere Einstellmöglichkeit für unsere EBikes.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Straße und das war Nachts störend. Steile Treppe bis in den 2. Stock - kein Aufzug. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Die Betten waren leider durchgelegen.

Nichts.

Wir waren um 16:00 Uhr zum Einchecken am Hotel. Es war verschlossen. Auf unser Klingeln hat keiner reagiert. Wir haben zweimal die Telefonnummer angerufen, die bei Booking.com hinterlegt war. Keiner war zu erreichen. Wir haben uns entschlossen, ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Als dies passiert war, kam plötzlich ein Herr aus dem Hotel. Zu spät für uns. Jetzt sollen wir tatsächlich die Stornierung bezahlen. Eine Frechheit!
