"Terrible will definitely avoid with a barge pole in the future!"

I was given a room key, went into my room,received a phone call family emergency so had to leave straight away. I took the key back to reception and requested a refund as I hadn't been in the room 5 minutes. They refused point blank!

I complained to the management but they wouldn't even speak with me. The next day I contacted Choice Hotels regarding my issue. They too did nothing, didn't even speak to the hotel, and hung up the phone while I was speaking to them. This chain of accommodation do not look after their guests at all!!! Disgusting how my family and I were treated. .
