Location

I’ve stayed at the Sofitel in Melbourne and across the world . This time my experience was slightly disappointing as communication was not up to standard I did communicate this on my departure and throughout my stay The manager on duty did provide complimentary parking as a result of my experience and was apologetic I can only hope this experience doesn’t occur again
