So close to the Thames Path for walking. Excellent food and service.

A real country pub surrounded by fields. Good food, excellent English breakfast and smiling staff.

I stayed here for 2 nights, on the recommendation of my brother who had stayed last year, and again this year. I found this to be a wonderful hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, a clean and comfortable room and excellent food and drink. I will definitely return and plan to make this my 'go to' hotel when back in the area.

Perfect for starting the Thames Path walk. Friendly helpful staff. Food was great . Accommodation small but had everything needed including a drying rack . And is also slightly apart from main pub, so quiet as well. Thoroughyl recommend

I stayed on the camping site at the rear of the premises which has gravel pitches and electric hook ups for caravans and motorhomes. That is a lovely spot, with many pictures and it is a clean and tidy site with a nice feel to it. I had a meal in the restaurant which was just a ploughman and chips, but it was absolutely lovely. The staff are there to help with without being intrusive and in someways I wish I’d stayed in the hotel rather than on the site. All in all I was there as a solo traveller, but will bring my wife back for a longer stay in one of the rooms. Excellent.

Flexible over serving excellent evening meal l as were late arriving fue to a train delay. Comfortable room, not large but fine for overnight.

Food is fab and the team is very welcoming

Very nice rooms with a pub that has good food. I enjoyed the outdoor eating/drinking area surrounded by fields. Very good place if you want to hike around the surrounding farmlands.
