Taj Aravali Resort & Spa Udaipur

The property was absolutely stunning with world-class facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our business trip comfortable. The location is serene and beautiful.

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Perhaps the in-room workspace could be slightly more ergonomic for extended business use, but it's a minor point overall.

Good location in the Araavali's. Good staff at the reception and a warm welcome.

You cannot order Ubers from that location, drivers usually call you and try to negotiate a higher price. The deluxe rooms are not soundproof. The rooms share walls, and you can clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. The service staff were overwhelmed during both the breakfast and dinner buffets. We had to wait about 15 minutes just to get spare bowls, and naan orders took around 30 minutes despite multiple reminders. The staff appeared to be prioritising the corporate events taking place at the hotel during our stay. The service manager Rohit was kind enough to get us an upgrade after we conplained during the first few hours of our check-in. So that was a plus.
