Size of room is excellent. Bed is comfortable

Hot water was not extra hot. Tap on full to hot, easy to stay under, could be much hotel. WiFi a bit slow and restricted.

Swindler hotel - AVOID. I'll jump to the main issue that concerns half the human population: my companion had a menstrual accident in bed. There was blood on the bedsheets. I requested cleaning service and it was provided promptly and efficiently. Nothing was said to me or my companion. Upon checkout we were presented with a P10,200 "special cleaning" charge. That's a $185 charge for applying hydrogen peroxide, I imagine? This is worth more than all the bedding, brand new. Like really, don't clean, just go to the store and buy some new sheets. Alvin, the manager, handled this situation by facetiously asking if we need an ambulance for medical attention. He either doesn't know what menstruation is, or he simply enjoys his passive aggressive display of power over clients being swindled. In short I was given a "discount" and ended up paying P8200 for "special cleaning" which is well above and beyond any cleaning supplies, anything they would pay a cleaner, or even the price of the bedsheets brand new. So stay at your own risk, especially if you are female. Briefly about the other aspects of our stay: definitely not a 5 or 4 star hotel. Room was clean but lacking basic items like coffee or tea with condiments, free water, and a water heater present though. Shower was hard to operate and had poor water pressure. I don't recommend the breakfast buffet - it's basic carinderia Filipino fare you can get from food vendors outside the hotel (beef adobo, ginaling etc). There are pancakes and french toast but no jelly available so we passed. The casino is tiny and only good if you like slot machines. No poker tables, no blackjack tables, there are 3 tables of some Asian game I'm not familiar with. The only thing in this hotel that is luxurious is the lobby. We will never stay in this dishonest and cheap establishment again, especially with so many excellent hotel options nearby.

A little bit costly for the room which we stayed or put in.

THE STAFF IS THE BEST THING ... THEY MAKE IT SO SAFE AND WELCOMING

This hotel was close to everything that we needed easy access to. It was central enough for my family members and us to meet up at the great restaurants nearby. The place was clean, smelled wonderful and had a great fitness room so we could continue our exercise routines.

My only issue was the air conditioner. I could not adjust the temperature, and felt cold all night.

Need to improve facilities and amenities. but location is perfect- close to malls and transportation. There is no pool and has very limited amenities.
