Locatie en parkeergelegenheid was goed, ontbijt was ook zeer goed.

Bij inchecken kregen we niet alle benodigde info over wifi, ontbijt en parkeren. Verder kregen wij onze kamerdeur na openen niet meer dicht. Verder waren er nog meer mankementen aan onze kamer. Gezien de borg hebben we dit gemeld aan receptie en kregen we een andere kamer toegewezen. Weer alles ompakken. Bij uitchecken wordt er parkeren berekend terwijl dit bij ons inclusief was. Niet de volledige vergoeding terug ontvangen. Zwembad was niet open bij 30 graden. Dit alles was bij ons niet Hilton waardig. Hotel is in een slechte staat en zeker het geld niet waard. Ik zou dit hotel niet meer boeken.

In room phone doesn’t work. Called the hotel from our personal phone in order to request room service. When front desk put us through to room service, they never answered. Tried multiple times for breakfast, no luck. Ended up having to go downstairs to the lobby. Attempted again late afternoon, same results. Finally called the front desk and asked for a manager, have been on hold 20 minutes. Lastly, the room amenities are nothing special. We were Hilton Diamond members for many years, however, it appears as they have gone down market. Last stay with Hilton. 👋

Will contact customer service

Carpet needed to be cleaned or something, woke up stuffy throughout the night. Found a chip in the bed. I believe the sheets were cleaned but found a chip crumb in the bed. Fridge had spoiled smell after I turned it on and cut it down so ruined my food Bed is hard. Loud highway traffic you can hear inside the room. Lady who checked us in was not inviting and didn’t tell me about anything with the hotel. I had to ask where the elevators were Hotel has slight musty smell, maybe because it’s so old, even when walking into the room Housekeeping cracked the door and said hello, no knock or anything. This was at 9am. Checkout wasn’t until 11.

The visit was ok, there was an event and due to the walls being thin the noise was very loud, and the halls smelled of marijuana but nothing the hotel staff could do.

I enjoyed this hotel because the staff is top notch. The restaurant is well run. The staff is so kind. The views are beautiful.
