Poor customer service Cleaning service is very poor The rooms are very small I ask for things took time to get it Not secured place any one can get in and take the elevator without asking as also the coffee machine in the rooms are vey cheap slo the quality of the room is 5 stars like they advise Also the parking fees is $40 per a night that’s is a lot of money and much more

They charge a “destination fee” on top of the Total due quote

The pool was nice and warm in the cold weather

The tub backed up The hot tub was out of service, staff was unaware that the hot tub was unsafe for visitors

Il bagno deve essere ristrutturato. Vasca non funzionante e acqua non defluiva. Bisogna rimodernarlo e inaccettabile che una struttura così non tenga alta la qualità dei suoi servizi

This is without a doubt the most frustrating experience I have had with a Hilton property. It took me almost an hour to check-in and get to my room. I had multiple issues with my room key not working. Also, the refrigerator did not work in my room. Nobody came to my room to help me fix or replace my refrigerator even after repeating calls to the front desk. This hotel clearly has people staffing it who simply do NOT care. There are lots of great hotels in this area. I would strongly suggest you book a stay at another property.

The Hotel served its purpose for me however, there was a Valet person named Roisin that went above and beyond for us. She really cares about people and we were thrilled everytime qw had to valet and she was there to assist.
